BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

Karusha Naidoo:

Karusha started her career as a legal secretary in the late 90’s. Subsequently, she has spent the last 23 years in the finance sector, fulfilling various roles successfully. Together with her many years in regulatory compliance at the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors made her the perfect choice to monitor and advise on financial and legal compliance. Karusha is currently an administrator in finance, library research and Environmental Health and Safety at a Forestry Research Institute.

Susanna Petersen:

Susanna has vast experience in the finance and projects spanning over 20 years. She also holds a qualification in Project Cost Management. Susanna has developed a very keen eye for detail. She has also spent 2 years teaching English to children aged 12 to 16. This experience is a welcome addition to advise and drive our cause to this age group.

Cameron Phillips:

Cameron qualified as a Chemical Engineer in the late 90’s. In the subsequent 25 years, he has worked and/or consulted in various industries. Having practised many years as an engineer, he is results and solutions driven. He has many years of experience in managing process engineering, commissioning, research and development, process optimization, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Cameron’s experience extends into quality assurance, SHEQ and sales.

MANAGEMENT TEAM:

Avril Phillips

Marketing/Financial

Avril’s experience spans cost engineering and finance for 10 years. She later went into her own business of catering and events for the past 12 years. Avril successfully created and managed multiple catering facilities in JHB during that period. Her established clientelle include private, corporate and government departments. Avril’s experience in the catering and events arena speaks to our growth plan of creating our industrial catering facility that will meet our objectives of income generating activities (through catering services) as well as a training facility and site for our feeding schemes.

Kyle Everton

Program Coordinator

Kyle previously worked in the fitness industry after having done his NQF 6 & 7 in exercise science. In that time he has focused on his social skills, communication as well as navigating a business. Kyle has been involved in highly competitive levels of sport. Kyle is currently a successful Property Practitioner specialising in Johannesburg South. Kyle is specially suited to head up our sports programs

Cameron Phillips:
